Each spec represents a key measurement point for the wheel. First is the wheel size displayed as 10x8 in inches. The first measurement is the rim diameter, and the second is the wheel width. Up next, the number of bolt holes and their spacing in millimeters is displayed as 4/156 (or 4x156). So in this case, there are 4 bolt holes on the rim, and they are at a distance of 156mm from each other diagonally. Finally, the offset measurement shows the distance of the inside and outside edges from the lugs in inches. The first number, in this case 3 inches, is the distance from the lugs to the inside edge. The second number, 5 inches, is the measurement from the lugs to the outside-facing edge of the rim. Note that the offset measurement will always add up to the total rim width, in this case 3+5=8 inches.
